Terms and Conditions aiplay — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

1 Introduction

Welcome to aiplay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and aiplay ("we", "Platform", or "company") regarding your use of the aiplay.wine website and all services, games, and features provided thereunder.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the aiplay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 User Account

Your aiplay account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or any party who gains access to your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Do not share your username or password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the aiplay support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Aiplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, our security team continuously monitors suspicious account activity and will take proactive action if any anomaly is detected.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Aiplay supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed on the Deposit. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to your chosen payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation is received.
• Aiplay does not impose any hidden charges on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees in accordance with their respective terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days after full KYC account verification is completed.
• Aiplay reserves the right to request additional documents before processing large withdrawals as a standard security measure.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Aiplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and exclusive VIP member offers. All offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus value (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount received).
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a defined validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Wagering Limit While Bonus Is Active: When a bonus is active, the maximum wagering limit per round or hand may be restricted. Wins exceeding this limit may not count towards the wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules

• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are set by the respective game providers and are clearly displayed within the game interface.
• Aiplay is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes, internet connectivity failures on the user's end, or misunderstanding of game rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aiplay platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the aiplay platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking attempts, or attacks against the platform's infrastructure.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits on the aiplay platform.
• Transferring funds between member accounts or buying/selling an aiplay account to or from another party.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the aiplay platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, images, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of aiplay or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content on the platform without prior written consent from aiplay is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the aiplay name, logo, or brand in any commercial context without authorization is strictly prohibited.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by law, aiplay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if aiplay has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

• Aiplay makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes are solely the responsibility of the user.
• Aiplay is not responsible for any technical issues on the user's end, such as internet disruptions, device failure, or incompatible software.

10 Account Termination

You may close your aiplay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Aiplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Internal business decisions by aiplay, including withdrawal from certain geographical areas.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, aiplay reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the disputed activity pending the completion of an investigation.

11 Data Privacy

Aiplay values your privacy. The collection, processing, and protection of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using the aiplay platform, you agree to the data practices set out in that Privacy Policy.

12 Terms Amendments

Aiplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

For material or significant changes, aiplay will endeavour to provide members with reasonable notice via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
